If a supplier cannot fulfill your order due to out-of-stock items or other issues, the order may be canceled and fully refunded.
If your item arrives:
Please submit photos or videos showing the issue.
If a return is required:
Suppliers must respond to valid claims within 3 business days.
If you simply change your mind and wish to return a product:
Once approved:
If your order has not shipped within the stated processing time, you may request a full refund.
The supplier has 3 business days to approve or deny your cancellation request.
If no response is received within 3 business days, the order will be refunded.
For orders that have already shipped:
If a package is returned to the supplier during transit:
If tracking information confirms the package was lost or destroyed:
If you entered an incorrect shipping address:
If the item is delivered to the wrong address and later returned:
Customers are responsible for losses resulting from incorrect shipping information.
If the tracking number provided is invalid and a correct one is not supplied within 4 business days, a refund may be issued.
If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days after a shipping label was created, you may request a refund.
If delivery exceeds the estimated delivery date by 10 or more days and no valid tracking updates are available, you may request a refund.
These delay policies may not apply during holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside the carrier's control.

may require additional review time. We will work with customers and suppliers to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a return, refund, or replacement request, you may open a dispute with Inside Outside Gear for further review.
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or mis-shipped item, customers are responsible for the cost of returning merchandise.
Note: If the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Inside Outside Gear or the supplier may provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer, subject to approval of the return request.
